How to reactivate suspended account due to unreachable/incorrect email address

Send us an email at ctosid@ctos.com.my and let us know that you wish to update your email address (Sample as below).

Please provide your full name, copies of your MyKad (front & back) and the email address you want to use. Upon receiving all the required information to prove your identity, your account will be re-activated within 3 working days and you will be notified via email.
