How do I settle an eTR?
The trade referee (which is the company or party that submitted the eTR listing) is responsible for removing or updating the record. Please contact the trade referee to settle the issue. Remember to obtain proof of settlement from the trade referee upon settlement of your outstanding debt. Upon any dispute, you will need to submit the document as proof of settlement in order for CTOS to assist you further.
