Why can I still see my eTR record even though I have settled it?
Please make sure you are referring to your latest CTOS report after the settlement has been made. To see the updated record, log in to your CTOS ID account.
You’ll need to be a registered CTOS ID user to view your eTR records. If you don’t have a CTOS ID account, you can sign up for one easily at ctosid.ctos.com.my. To view your full credit report, you may purchase a MyCTOS Score report at only RM25.
