Credit IQ is a training approved under HRDC’s claimable course.
Credit IQ is provided by CTOS IDS Sdn. Bhd.
Upon successful completion of Credit IQ online training and the claimable amount fully reimbursed by HRDC, participants will receive a complimentary access to CTOS Credit Manager service for 13 months period.
Credit Manager is a service provided by CTOS Data Systems Sdn. Bhd.
Complimentary access to CTOS Credit Manager covers only the access fees. Any reports purchased will be chargeable depending on the pricing schedule for this service.
All other services (including but not limited to Monitoring, electronic Trade Reference, Credit Management Service, Business Listing etc) are chargeable and not covered under the complimentary access provided.
Registration to Credit IQ training is not guaranteed for confirmation. After registration, CTOS Commercial Trainer team will revert within 1 business day to confirm on the training details.
Upon confirmation of HRDC grant approval, training must be done within 3 months from date of approval received. After 3 months period, grant approval will be cancelled by HRDC.
CTOS management reserve the right to cancel or change time/date of the event with notice to be given in advance.

This program is exclusively open to subscribers of CTOS Credit Manager (CM) with an “active” status during the Refer & Reward campaign period.
All referrals must be submitted between 17th March – 31st August 2025via e-form only. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Each successful referral will receive one RM300 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Pin. A referral is considered successful when the referred company (hereafter referred to as the “Referee”) subscribes to a standard CTOS Credit Manager package by 31st August 2025. However, once the total number of successful sign-ups reaches 266, any additional successful referrals will no longer be eligible for rewards.
If a referral is successful—where the Referee subscribes to the standard CTOS Credit Manager package by 31st August 2025—the Introducer will be eligible for the reward.
Any previously terminated customer must wait a minimum of 90 daysfrom their termination date before they can be considered eligible as a Referee in this program.
The activation date for each successful referral must not be earlier than the e-form submission date.
For both prepaid and postpaid packages, the RM300 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Pin will be sent to the Introducer via email at the end of the campaign or once the total number of successful activations reaches 266, whichever comes first.
The Referee must be subscribed to the standard CTOS Credit Manager package and must have paid at least two (2) monthsof subscription fees.
The Introducer will be notified via the email address stated in the referral form upon each successful referral/activation.
In the case of cross referrals (where multiple customers refer the same company), the referral that reaches CTOS first will be entitled to the reward.
The rewards are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable.
CTOS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
CTOS SME Biz Day 2025 Touch N Go Credit Promo

All other packages are not entitled for this promotion.
Subscriber must be present at SME Biz Day to enjoy this promotion. Validation will be done through checking registration list.
Touch N Go reload pin will be delivered via email to the Key Contact Incharge within 30 days after activation.
For avoidance of doubt, Key Contact Incharge is the individual representing the company to accept the agreement for CTOS Credit Manager’s service.
No other delivery method for Touch N Go reload pin will be accepted.
