FAQ: electronic Trade Reference (eTR)
How do I report a dispute?
To view information about an eTR record, log in to your CTOS ID account. Then, click on ‘Trade Reference’ in the menu on the top of the screen, or scroll down and click on ‘eTR Records’. Alternatively, you may purchase a MyCTOS Score report to view eTR record information.
If you do spot errors or items that should have aged off your report, you’ll need to let us know. You may contact us at 03-2722 8833 or fill up the online form and email to consumersupport@ctos.com.my.
