FAQ: electronic Trade Reference (eTR)
Who will remove the eTR record? Is it CTOS or the trade referee?
The trade referee, which is the company or party that created the eTR listing, is responsible for removing the record. Once the trade referee removes the eTR listing, the information will also be removed from CTOS records immediately.
You may send supporting documents such as a payment slip, settlement letter, etc. to eTRaudit@ctos.com.my. Please note that it could take up to 15 days or more to resolve the issue as CTOS will need to liaise with the trade referee too.
