Is an eTR listing permanent?
An eTR listing will be removed once the debt in question has been settled. As long as the debt remains unresolved, the eTR record will remain.
The trade referee, which is the company or party that created the eTR listing, is responsible for removing the record. Once the trade referee removes the eTR listing, the information will also be removed from CTOS records immediately.
