Denied Credit?

If you have been denied credit but don’t know the reason for it, the first thing you’ll need to do is find out why.
Once you know the reason, you can take steps to rectify the situation.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Step 1 – Obtain your latest credit report

To know exactly what is reported on your credit report, register yourself and get your latest MyCTOS Report. The information on your report changes each month as we constantly gather and update credit information.

Be sure to check your credit report carefully to see if there’s any cause for concern, such as signs of identity theftinaccurate information or legal proceedings / litigation record, if any.

  • Step 2 – Contact the relevant parties for assistance

In cases of suspected identity theft or inaccurate information in your credit report, you may contact us at (03-2722 8833) or fill up the online form and email to sarus@ctos.com.my.
